1. About TrashScam
TrashScam is an educational scam-awareness and guidance app developed by Tool Lumin Labs LLC. These Terms of Use describe expectations for use of the app and related materials. By using the app, you agree to use it in accordance with applicable law and these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Important limitations
TrashScam highlights patterns that can be associated with scams, provides educational content, and suggests actions to consider. It does not verify the identity of a caller, sender, website, or organization. A low-warning result is not a guarantee of safety, and a flagged result does not prove wrongdoing.
Do not use TrashScam as the sole basis for financial, legal, cybersecurity, or emergency decisions. Independently verify important requests through trustworthy channels. TrashScam does not provide emergency response, legal representation, account recovery, or guaranteed reimbursement.
3. Responsible use
Only submit or share material you have a lawful right to use. Do not use the app to harass, deceive, interfere with systems, or otherwise violate law. Protect confidential information, especially when choosing to share materials with third parties.
4. Content, sources, and links
The app may display curated information or links to public resources. Information may change and is not guaranteed to be complete or up to date. Third-party websites, services, and system-sharing options are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every circumstance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any future purchases or subscriptions will be described separately when offered and will follow applicable App Store requirements.
6. Contact and changes
Tool Lumin Labs LLC may revise these terms as the product changes. We will update the revision date on this page. Questions can be sent to operations@tooluminlabs.com. Please avoid including confidential information in your message.
